Lot, pole and sign lighting

Dark pole in the lot? We work it from the bucket.

Bucket trucks, a night crew and a written bid. We fix, replace and add the lights on your lots, poles and signs, then come back after dark to check every one we touched.

  • Bids in writing

What we light

Four kinds of work, one crew

Every job starts with a walk and ends with a night check.

  • A double-arm light pole on a rooftop parking deck under a clear sky

    Parking lots

New poles, bases and heads, or the heads swapped on poles you already have. We find the dead circuit, not just the dead lamp.

    Lot lighting
  • A tall floodlight pole with a ring of lamp heads against a blue sky

    Poles and floodlights

High-mast and arm-mounted heads, photocells and timers, poles hit by a car. The bucket reaches it, and we tag each pole we work on.

    Pole repair
  • A dark office building at night with lit windows and a red lit panel beside a street lamp

    Sign lighting

Power, drivers and lamps for pylon, monument and building signs. We wire the sign; the sign maker builds it.

    Sign circuits
  • A wall-mounted LED floodlight and a caged security light on a red brick wall

    Walls, walkways and security

Wall packs, canopy and bollard lights, and the circuits for cameras and gates. Lit paths for the walk from car to door.

    Exterior lighting

After dark

Lots, lifts and lit buildings

Lighting is judged at night, so that's when we photograph it. Filter by the kind of work.

How a job runs

A lot job, start to finish

  1. Step 1: Walk the lot

We walk it after dark, with you if you like, and mark every dark pole on a map.

  2. Step 2: Written bid

Scope, exclusions, who pulls the permit and the schedule, on paper before a truck rolls.

  3. Step 3: Permit and traffic plan

Permits where the city or county asks for one, and cones and a plan for any lane we close.

  4. Step 4: Lift and work

Bucket truck, harness and a spotter on the ground, at the hours that suit your lot.

  5. Step 5: Check after dark

We come back at night and check every pole we touched.

  6. Step 6: Hand over

You get the pole map and a list of what we changed.

The family

A family firm that works your hours

Jaime Villanueva started the firm to work on lots and poles. His wife Elvira runs the office, his daughter Valentina writes the bids and pulls the permits, and his son Nicolás leads the bucket crew.

The rest of the ten-person crew are electricians and apprentices who work the same lots with them.

How we work

  • Spanish at the desk and on the lift

  • Nights and early mornings, by schedule

  • The same crew on your lot from walk to check

From managers and agencies

What property managers say

“They walked the lot at night and gave me a map with every dark pole marked. Two nights later the lot was lit, and the map was updated.”

Meera C.Apartment property manager

“The sign over our center ran on a timer nobody could find. Nicolás traced it, reset it and told me which poles looked worn.”

Sungho L.Owner, neighborhood retail center

“We bid park lots by the job. Their bid listed what was left out, and the change order matched what we saw on site.”
