Typical jobs

Three jobs we do again and again

Each one is described the way a bid would, with the scope and the limits.

  • Property managers

    Apartment complex lot

Walk after dark, map the dark poles, swap the heads and reset the photocells over two or three nights. The lot stays open; we close one row at a time.

    • Excludes paving and striping

  • Retailers

    Neighborhood retail center

Lot poles, the pylon sign and the wall packs on one bid, scheduled after closing. We check each pole and the sign the same night.

    • Excludes the sign face itself

  • City agencies

    City park and library lots

Path lights, bollards and lot poles, bid to the agency's own forms and schedule. Permits and traffic control are written into the scope.

    • Excludes utility-owned poles

Have a lot like these?

Send the address. We'll walk it after dark and mark what's out.
